Our coffees come from coffee farms at altitudes above 4,000 feet.
This is where the highest quality arabica coffees are grown. Traditional farming methods are predominantly used, incorporating shade trees and sustainable agricultural practices. Our coffee is always fresh.
We roast our coffee three to four times a week.
Once roasted, coffee is best when brewed within ten days. Therefore, we recommend that you buy only as much coffee as you will use within that period of time.
Our coffee is not flavored.
Freshly brewed coffee has an aroma and flavor that is both distinctive and delicious. This flavor varies greatly depending on the region the bean is grown. We encourage you to enjoy the subtleties of each bean.
