We continually cup new coffees from all over the world in order
to select the best crops. We roast our coffees in small batches
at our down-town Brattleboro, Vermont facility.


This is where the highest quality arabica coffees are grown. Traditional
farming methods are predominantly used, incorporating shade trees
and sustainable agricultural practices. Our coffee is always fresh.

Once roasted coffee is best when brewed within ten days. Therefore,
we recommend that you buy only as much coffee as you will use within
that period of time.

Freshly brewed coffee has an aroma and flavor that is both distinctive
and delicious. This flavor varies greatly depending on the region
the bean is grown. We encourage you to enjoy the subtleties of each
bean.
